FailGold Contributor Terms

1. What you submit. When you click Submit, you send FailGold the conversation excerpt, note, failure details and (optionally) screenshot you reviewed in the Privacy Preview, and (optionally) a voice note. Voice notes are transcribed automatically; we remove personal information detected in the transcript, but cannot remove it from the recording itself.

2. Your responsibility. Only submit content you have the right to share. Don't submit other people's personal information, confidential material, or made-up failures.

3. Privacy. We automatically remove detected personal information and secrets before and after upload, and may remove more during review. Automatic removal isn't perfect — review what you submit.

4. License. You grant FailGold a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to store, review, de-identify, combine into datasets, and license or sell your submissions to third parties (for example AI developers), including for training and evaluating AI systems.

5. Review. Submissions are reviewed. We may reject any submission and are not required to explain why. Rejected submissions earn no points.

6. Gold (reward points). Points are pending until your submission is verified. Points have no cash value unless and until a redemption program is announced; redemption rates and rules may change.

7. Royalties. If a verified submission is included in a paid dataset sale, you receive 70% of the net revenue attributable to it, as recorded in your account. Any value shown before a sale is an estimate, not a promise.

8. Removal. You can ask us to delete your submissions. Copies already delivered to buyers can't be recalled.

9. Changes. If these terms change, we'll ask you to accept the new version before your next submission.
